What exactly do you mean here? If you're talking about a "Mini-me" SOHC VTEC head swap, no, you can't do that to the D16A1 block.
If you mean a full B-Series swap, it is very possible but also very expensive requirig custom mounts, a custom shift linkage, custom wiring, etc. I am about to preform the twin of this swap, a B18A into an 87 Civic.
