the part on the upper left, is straight as ****, about 3 miles of perfectly straight 2 lane road, but the 50 feet between each road (each direction) give a cop more than ample room to see you and to turn around and arrest so ass, so its a bigger risk there.
That's where I used to start my run to philadelphia from every weekend... my record was from owings mills mall to my house (about where 30th street station is) in 65 minutes....
This is also back in the day I used to set my cruise at 125.
btw... you can get pulled over there... I almost did!
