Very jumbled question man.. having a hard time figuring out exactly what you're asking... :happysad:

96+ is OBD2
95- is OBD1

If you get an OBD2 ECU, it'll plug right into your car (if you have a 96+). If you want to go with an OBD1 ECU, you'll have to put the adapter on your ECU harness to get it to plug into the OBD1 ECU.
