i dont know of any places around atlanta or even georgia that stock h22a engines. there are a few places online to get them, as far as quality,well you cant really blame the place you bought it from if the engine is shit and burns oil or something, i mean it came out of a car that anyone could have been driving and some people care for their cars and others dont. so its a 50/50 chance for the most part.

i rebuild honda engines and sell them to people on ebay, and people in my area.
