Thanks Integrity, that's exactly what I felt about my Eclipse The engine was very smooth and the shifter was nice and notchy with simple clutch engagement. The only thing that was a downer was the lack of a performance aftermarket I was and still am a member of Club 3G (neweclipse.org) and owe them a debt of gratitude for all of the car knowledge passed on through their forums. But nonetheless, outside of some suspension and exhaust mods (3 small vendors make a downpipe, 2-3 make headers), there was nothing major I could do to make that car go faster :\ A 200 hp V6 on a 3100-3200 lb. chassis was just less "sport" and more "boulevard cruiser." The car was clearly designed around driver comfort for the mass public.

I'm gonna miss the Eclipse, but how do you pass up an ITR if you can afford one and find it available at a dealership with easy financing?
