For the past 3 yrs I've been researching possible swaps for my '99 civic EX. The only reason I bought the damn car was to swap out that engine. I've gone from h22 to b16 to b20 and to b18. Now I'm considering either b20 or b18 swaps. But I need some actual testimonials about both reliability and streetability for these two swaps. If anyone can give me some feedback that would be great. Here's what I'm planning with the b18: JG Pro Series 1.9 liter JE pistons, Saenz rods, JG Pro Series B16A head, JG 296/300 cams, Motec M4 Pro with 1600cc injectors, JG custom intake manifold, and XS engineering turbo. As for the b20 it'll be a little more difficult, basically with that I'm just going all motor. I just need to know if anyone has these or similar mods that can let me know how it runs. I have some basic dyno results on the b18 but I know that doesn't help much since its never been road tested.:naughty:
