Hey! Congrats on the swap. Did you get your engine from a shop in New-Brunswick or did you have it shipped from out of province. The reason I'm asking is I had looked for a B16B in N-B but could only get them from Japan Motor Imports in Montreal. I ended up buying a complete Del Sol VTEC and ripping the engine out (B16A2). Where are you from in NB??? I grew up in St-Louis de Kent. Where almost everyone is a ricer. hehehe... it's good to go back with my swap and kick some @ss.

Sweet! Any plans for FI on this car? There's a guy who races at the track here on a B16 and DRAG setup running low 13's on stock internals and Hondata tuning.

Why wouldnt he be?

If you get hondata you will need a conversion harness that you can get from hondata.

Keep that thing na, it would be a waste if you turbocharged it.

I just realized his motor is a B16B.

The guy I know has a B16A with a DRAG T3 setup on stock internals. I'll try to get a vid of him and post it up. It's pretty damn quick.

I think it would be a waste too. The CR and cams work against an FI setup.

Most of the time people convert to OBD1 when swapping, that's why I was asking. h:

You would need to get a new ECU too wouldn't you? The conversion harness makes the OBD2 ECU harness OBD1 compatible. So, he'd need an OBD1 ECU as well as the Hondata. Right?
