Why not do a 5-spd conversion? BTW, have you checked on Level10 tc's?

Why do you want a ZEX torque conveter? I also deal with lots of traffic and drive a manual transmission, whats the deal?

I'd just stick to your OEM torque conveter, good luck though.

Worst excuse ever. I used to tell myself that, until I crashed my auto Integra. I have only bought manuals since then, and I sit in stop-and-go virtually every day. Trust me, after about a week, you don't actually think about it; you just do it. It's almost like having an auto again.

Did I mention it is easier to control a manual? The car shifts when you tell it to, no sooner.

Back on topic: I didn't even know ZEX made a torque converter, so I have no idea where to get one. Sorry.

:lmao: Whenever people say that I always equate it to a person saying that they'll only drink smoothies because it takes too much work to chew. Trust us, it does become "automatic"; you no longer have to think about it.

That said, why do you want to replace your OEM torque converter with an aftermarket unit?
[EDIT] I see now that you've got an SC so now it makes sense to me.

Probably because he wants his car to be faster but with an auto.

What I'm thinking is that the ZEX torque converter does is just make the flow of automatic tranny fluid rotate quicker by changing the angle of the blades in the torque converter on the turbine side. This does generates more torque.
