Default After starting engine

When I start me car sometimes it will run fine for about 15 seconds, then it slowly seems to go to a low idle and seems like its going to die, then a few seconds later it comes out of it and idles fine. Is this and thing really wrong, or is it nothing. it happenes even after the car has been run or if i have not driven it for a couple of hours. :naughty:

its called a fast idle to warm up the car then drops to a normal idle range.
