Default The time has come... :oh:

That's right.. boost is upon me. :naughty:

I'll be installing the boost controller properly (had it wrong at first  - pushing about 10 psi on accident. :ugh::nervous: ) in about an hour.

But first.. here's some pics of my GSR radiator install. A highly recommended mod as it was only $115 shipped next day from www.radiators.com (make sure to get the 1994, it's cheaper for some reason) with a 92 - 00 Civic FAL fan retrofitted to fit properly.
Shout out to Sh*tbox for this mod. He made it happen with all his great info  Thanks dude!

Ok... now for the goodies.

Greddy Type 24 FMIC - intercooler.. what intercooler... :boink:

The images are a little messed up looking cause of the flash, but here's the turbo.

I'm running directly off of the wastegate right now and pushing about 3.5 psi of boost, but it pulls like a BEOCH! I spun the tires into 3rd this evening. I just had the Hondata S200B installed today and that made a HUGE difference. Before, whenever I would hit boost, I would throw a MAP sensor code and it would totally puke. It runs almost perfect now. I'm still playing with fuel pressure and I need to change my plugs out, but other than that it's really nice.

I will be pushing about 10 psi this evening and we'll see how that goes. It just rained tonight so I know I won't be getting the traction I want, but considering what 3.5 psi is like.. I'll probably need a diaper for 10 :loco:

Anyway.. hope you guys like it at least 1/2 as much as I do.
I'll be going to a dyno day on the 27th and will be getting fully tuned then. I'll prolly head out to the track on Friday to see what she does in the 1/4. I'll post numbers as I get them.

Enjoy!

:edit: In case there's someone out here that actually doesn't know the setup:
You can see the motor specs at http://civic.ibadesigns.com
The turbo kit is a MaxRev kit from www.ks-motorsports.com (of whom I'm a dealer for now. )
Setup is: Garrett T3/TO4E, Blitz Super Sound BOV, Greddy Type 24 FMIC, full custom piping, Apexi air filter, MaxRev manifold, Tial 35mm wastegate, Greddy Profec-B Spec-II boost controller

BUTTER! Way to go wc! Noticed you'd been gone for a while. Glad to see this is why...

I can't wait to see the timeslips. Think you'll need a cage any time soon?
