lightweight throttle pulleys???
Hey, that's looks pretty...
Ya know... you can achieve the same throttle response just by tightening up the slack on the throttle cable. Mine is stock; everybody who has drived my car says that the throttle is so responsive/sensitive. My brakes would be the same if I were to replace my pads... I'll be needing to do that sometime soon.
It looks pretty though...

buy me dinner?
that is the most worthless mod i've seen.
it doesn't do anything.
you'd get better throttle response from getting any kinks in your throttle cable out.
skip it and get an all new bigger tb, so you'll actually find better throttle response.

how would you go about tightening the throttle cable? Is there tension adjustment at the throttle rotor itself?

it wouldnt be wise to tighten it to the point where you have no deflection.

It's just a matter of adjusting the nuts... not too much though!
Why?

if you dont allow the proper amount of deflection it can lead to throttle sticking and binding. deflection is the amount of travel the cable can move from side to side, it basically ensures proper opening and closing of the throttle and also in case your throttle sticks with the proper amount of deflection you wont be stuck at 4000rpms or what not when you let off the accelerator.
