Default Turbo my crv/vtec motor...

I hae a crv/vtec motor in my 1992 Civic hatchback. Im looking for the perfect turbo setup for this hybridm otor. I was looking into the drag gen 3 kit. It includes everything I need for boost. My motor has a rebuilt had and I have a chipped ecu. What kind of boost can I handle? Any help would be great! Thank you. I will post a pic of my ride if you guys want.

i would recommend not having a vtec head on it when turboing it. but i wanna see pictures of it. if it's built right (the internals) you can handle some major boost.

my friend had a b20vtec with a T3 and it was pretty fast. He never ran it past 6 psi before he sold it and got a LT1 Fbody though.

My cr/vtec motor has a rebuilt head and stock bottem end. About 35,000 miles on the motor. I want to run about 8 psi. No more then that.

I would reccomend ARP head bolts and maybe a block guard or sleves before boosting to 8psi. Not to say you'll *need* it necessarily, but b20vtecs have been known to crack the block at medium/high compression NA. If you were to run 5-6 psi, you'd probably be OK bolting on and going... Also, youre running stock B20 pistons? You might want to change those out, since they lack the valve reliefs of vtec pisons... If you were to upgrade those, I'd lower the compression a bit... like 9.0:1-ish.

Default heres my turbo setup

-T3/TO4E Turbonetics Turbo(I'm not sure what the Compressor maps are but I reached 7 psi at approx 3800 - 4100 rpms)
-B Series Turbo Perf. Nickel Plated Equal Length Tubular Steel Turbo Manifold with ext wastegate(Made for a 35mm wastegate)
-Custom Oil Pressure Restrictor for Turbo (To reduce the Oil Pressure to increase the Turbo life
-Greddy Large Front Mount Intercooler kit for the 92 - 01 Civic (Core Size 23.8" - 11.2" - 2.7", with 2.5" inlet/outlet)
-Greddy Oil Filter Sandwich (allows you to make multipe taps into the oil after it circulates through the filter)
-50 inches of -4 Oil Stainless Steel Braided Oil supply Line with anti-Rub fasteners
-Tial 40MM Wastegate
-Tial 40MM wastegate dumptube (to dump the exhaust fumes to the ground)
-Tial 50MM Blow off Valve
-Nickel plated piping for the Blow off Valve
-35mm - 40mm Wastegate Adapter to use the bigger Tial Wastegate
-2.5 inch Swooping Downpipe (for smooth flow)
-HKS Super Megaflow Intake (just changed the filter)
-The turbo intake has pretapped lines which allows you to easily install catch cans if you like.
-Pre Tapped Oil Pan for B series Engines
-16 T Bolt Clamps
-4 Regular Clamps
-All couples are Rubber Silicon 4 ply and Nitrile Elbos (black 90 bends)
-All the necessary plumping.
-All the oil return lines

What do you guys think about installing this onto my crv/vtec motor?

Sounds like a badass setup to me, equal length manifolds are badass. Have you checked out the precision turbos? They are basically a T60-1 with a T3 housing and they put out incredible numbers. My friend scott put down over 400 whp in his built GSR with their turbo.

That setup was on 1996 hatchbackwith a b16a. Would I have lots of problems installing this setup onto my car? Also I have a 255 lph fuel pump, fuel regulator and fuel rail. Would I need a FMU unit?

I would get a vafc or safcII for tuning it and have it dyno tuned. find a dyno w/wideband o2. if i was gonna run something as finicky as a cr/vtec turbo I would definitely want it tuned perfectly
