Default JDM VXI Drivers Help!!!

Hi,

I own a JDM Vxi Del Sol 1992 EG1 - and am desperatley looking for parts - if there is anyone from Europe or anyone who knows about any good European websites that stock replacement parts for the Vxi I would be greatful... It's proving to be a freaking nitemare to find intake valves for my Vxi, since I have found many (good!) sites that stock Sol parts but unfortunatley not for the Vxi...

This is my first post here - and I dont want to sound like im bitchin... but I would really appreciate the help!

ehhh ... uhhhh. Well then. ok?

Perhaps the USDM version would be the D16? Is that a single or dual cam motor?

It's probably the d15z1. It's basically a 130hp sohc vtec. Almost the same as the Z6, but it's a 1.5...

right - thanx - so JDM motors are four digits? i located the code stamped on the engine near the exhaust manifold... but i figured it needed to be 5 digits - so i carried the first number from trail of numbers beneath the code) - but yes 4 digits in this case makes more sense - cheers

(an interesting link perhaps http://asia.vtec.net/article/d15b/ )

-------------

its a SOHC - i think the D (in the engine code) denotes SOHC while B would be refering to DOHC.

I dont think so. The D series were the smaller single cam motors. Examples would be the d15, d16xx from Del Sols, Civic EX's, hatches ... etc.
