Default Oil film on exhaust

Ok, my engine has 65k on it, but I drive it hard. What would be the cause of having this thick film of oil on my exhuast. BTW, I do not see any clouds of smoke or anything, just the film in my pipe. Valve seals?

I had a new muffler welded on to my Tanabe cat back 2 days ago and I looked inside the piping after they cut if off and saw the same thing. It was a thick black film. Can someone help us out? Is this normal?
