I set mine to 3 front 8 rear at a track event. I have a Neuspeed upper strut and lower tie. Felt good.
Set the front to 4 and left rear at 8, and damn slid off the track twice, at the same off-camber turn heh. So I'd say 3/8 for "spirited" driving.

can someone explain to me why the rear should be stiffer than the front? i thought that if the front was stiffer than the rear for a FWD car, it would lessen the oversteer... please enlighten me!!

The setting on the front struts have 1-4 and the rear struts have 1-8. To get it balance, your rears number should be double of your fronts. For example, Front-2, Rear-4 or Front 3- Rear 6. Of course, you can always make your combo in different situations.

find an empty parking lot and YOU decide. You'll be happiest with the results if you dial it in yourself.

b/c you dont want the weight shifting towards the back of the car, you want it toward the front b/c your front wheel drive.
