I set mine to 3 front 8 rear at a track event. I have a Neuspeed upper strut and lower tie. Felt good.
Set the front to 4 and left rear at 8, and damn slid off the track twice, at the same off-camber turn heh. So I'd say 3/8 for "spirited" driving.
