I own a 96 civic ex and the first real upgrade i'm doing is suspension i need a plan (order to buy in) i don't want to be able to adjust the height of my car (i'd play with it too much) i don't know how all the parts go in the suspension so pictures are very helpful and i want to autoX my car after i get my suspension

you might want to invest in a Helms manual. it has all the nessesary pictures and parts to your suspension.

all you need to start off with is some springs and shocks. work onto sway bars and strut bars

and into brakes and calipers.

 

so agree with asian dood helms manuels are the $hit and they are great for solveing problems

 

springs - get either h&r, neuspeed, or eibach..stick with the sport series

shocks - kyb agx, tokico illumina, or koni yellow

 

if ure really serious with autox...
go for a full coilover..<at least thats what i heard its best for>

 

full dampening systems arent everything. its mostly driver skill.
