okay i get about 270-280 per tank, i take it pretty much to wear my light comes on but only go a few miles more after that, the majority of these miles are city too. I got i/h/e, the usual, and am riding on 18's. I forget what i use to get just stock and on donuts. Oh yeah car is a 99 ex coupe if that makes a difference. Opinions on this being fair mileage or not, plus can u inlcude how much u get per tank. I kno this has been covered in the past, but i want to know if i'm getting good mileage or not.

sorry if its long.
You say you are ridin' on 18's? Is your ride smooth? did you have to do any modifications to the fender or the wheel wells to have the rims to fit? I am thinking about getting 18's but some people on HAN told me not to get them.

dont get them, they're big and you have to run a 35 series tire.

thats not much rubber between the road and your rim.

they'll also be heavy and slow you down. personally i dont really like anything on a civic over 16" but I would say dont go past 17" if you must.

most peeps will tell u to stay away from 18's, but do what u want its ur car. I'm all sho anyways so it doesn't matter to me. The ride is fine. Not that bad at all, imo. I also got ground controls w/ agx's so that may be another reason for the ride quality.
THe only thing that does suck is not much wall there to help protect ur rims. So if u live in an area w/ jacked up roads, i'd stay away from 18's then. No mods to fender at all. Doesn't scrape really. Only sometimes in the front when going up steep driveways. I can bust a bitch just fine. I dont' kno the exact drop of my car, so kno numbers for u.

and to all ur other suggestions. I will calculate my mpg now. thanx for the tip

I don't see any problems with 18's. I think I am going to get 18's or maybe 17's
