Default ~My Plan...(long post)~

Alright, things have gotten ****ed up with my car cause of my speeding ticket. I can't drop a new motor in till I'm 18.

So my plan is this: Do cosmetic/suspension/audio untill i do the swap. (I have Eiback 1.8" lowering springs waiting for KYB AGX adjustables before I install them) I am going to try and convince my parents to let me get the motor now and build it up outside the car till I turn 18, then drop it in.

So I have a few questions...

1) Has anyone seen Rota Grids (16") in Gunmental w/ a polished lip? Did you like it? Dislike it? What the gunmetal darker than normal (some people told me it is)?

2) I am planning on getting Rockford Frostgate 6-1/2s in the front door panels (Rockford Fosgate FNP2614U 6-1/2" fanatic P Components). Along with custum mounted tweeters (also RF) with crossovers.
For the rear deck, also RF 6x9s (Rockford Fosgate FRC4269 6"x9" 2-way Speakers)...
Are these speakers/tweeters good quality?
Is it hard to mount tweeters in the door panel?

3) I am also planning on getting ONE 10" Kenwood sub (Kenwood KFC-W2505 10" 4-ohm Component Subwoofer). My friend has this sub and it BUMPS for a 10...any other opinions on value/quality would be nice.

4) Flame me all u want, but I am planning on using fabric paint you put honda symbols on the back of the headrests with a small DUBS logo offset underneath...My interior is a light gray, so I'm thinking of using a dark grey (almost black)...would this look good? rice? or just bad?

5) Finally...Look at my sig and tell me how much better its gonna look with 16" Rota Grids (Gunmetal w/ polished lip), and lowered 1.8".....

Sorry it's so long, and if they're typos...It's late and I'm tired and have been thinking way to much...thanks for reading...

1) i've seen the grids and really like em, thought about getting em myself!
2)i think that would be a really good setup, RF is a really good brand to buy
3)haven't heard it hit, but if u want some serious bump, why not spend the extra money and get a JL Audio 10w7, will never ask for more bump again..hehe
4)folks will holla at you saying rice and crap but that might just look ok and will be totally original, make sure to post pics if you do it
5)i personally think either the grids or the 5zigen Super Six Gunmetal w/ polished lip (look almost like grids but lil different) would look SWEET on your car, just my opinion though :dunno:

the drop and the rims would be like the finishing touch, before u get ur motor, other than that maybe a lip or something to finish it off in the looks dept, i think u should get the rims, the component speakers would make a great sound improvement over ur stock speakers, and like stated above a jl w7 would knock way harder than that kenwood

also, i'd look into getting better brakes and suspension since you can't do the motor yet.
