Default s2000 civic

anybody heard of somebody swapping an s2000 motor into a civic by using the transmission for the Accord EuroR, they are both F20 blocks...think the trans would mate up if I could get some custom mounts and axles?

The F20C block of the S2000 is very different from the F20B of the Accord Euro-R.

Kinda like the differences between a B20A and a B20B, as in everything is different.

no, like i said before, the s2k engine spins in the opposite direction from all other honda engines. so you'd need to find a custom tranny.

Or rework the engine to spin the opposite way. I remember some shop did it to an H22 so it would work with an aftermarket gearbox. Crazy shit. Very expensive.

Same direction as the K series. With a custom bellhousing, you could use a K series trans.
