Default b16a2 Swap difficulties

SPECS:
1995 Honda Civic Coupe EXDropped in:
B16A2 Motor
GSR Tranny
P72 Skunk Chipped ECU

Please HELP: After dropping in the b16A2, the motor bogs alot, when it is running, it goes real smooth, but at a stop or when RPM is low motor stalls and dies out.. the motor sounds like shit.. like a lawn mower engine or something,
Engine codes appear, CODE 7, 21, and 23 appeared at 1st, then i reseted the ECU and now only code appears is code 23 which is the knock sensor..
wut do i need to do to get my car running in good condition? when i drive the car, it doesnt feel so powerful, i dunno even kno if vtec is kickin in , some one please help with their expertise...

If its a stock ECU (P30) VTEC will not kick in without a knock sensor.
