New 2003 Civic
How much should I pay for a 2003 civic coupe LX?
I mean the MSRP is 15800
how much should the price cut be decent or good?
13000?

Buy an 03 Si, bargain the dealer down to say 16 or lower (b/c they aren't selling). After warrenty is over drop in a engine from RSX-S. =)

current apr on new cars is so good, it's cheaper to new than used. in many cases.
buying such a new car used wouldn't be a great deal
