Might as well get it out of the way: could be the head gasket. Do a compression test, and look not just for oil in the coolant, but for smoke when the car starts - if there is any, what color is it?

How long does it take to over heat? Could be anything from a bad heater fan relay, to a bad thermostat, to the engine not getting enough fuel for some reason.

Thanks guys ill check it out
im thinking to replace the thermostat.
the fan is ok
It heats up @ about 20 miles then go's to the three bars before
the H. I would have to turn the fan on and blow some hot air out to cool down the engine. Some times the fan kicks in.
there's no strong smoke that comes out of the exhaust.
But ill do a compression test though.
THANKS BROS

No strong smoke is a good sign. Hopefully it's just the thermostat or fan ... !

Sounds crazy, but when my O2 got soked in oil, it would still send a signal to the ecu, but it was reading way rich. The ecu kept trying to lean it out, so my engine was starving for fuel, and would over heat. Thank god I figured that out in less than 2 days.
