it's not really that hard, u break the ball joints, remove the spindle and bang on it with abfh... a big f'n hammer

Hey man, it's easy as hell. Just go to Autozone and buy rebuilt axles for both sides, like $150.00 and bang it out. What type of swap are you planning man? I told you, let me know when you get close to it and we can knock it out. I have to meet you before I give you directions to the bat cave though.

Dude, I went to 76 (Gas station) and they wanted to charge me $70, but I wanted to do it myself. So I got the boot (free) the grease ($10) and the seals ($5). Its not that hard.

My girlfriends uncle is a mechanic and he was in town and he had a bunch of CV boots in his truck.

Replacing the axle just looks intimidating. It's just a little more time consuming than most.
