It's a pretty tight fit into the IM. I bored out the lower seals. You could also go to Home Depot or something and get faucet washers (5/8" i.d., i think...). I lost one and had to improvise.

It's a b1tch, but for $50 ... can't beat it. Yes, OBD2 clips do not fit. Just go to the auto store or something and buy some. I got all (4) clips for $25. Resistor box cost me $30.

P.S. Oh, make sure the fuel rail is bolted on nicely because an injector popping out is NOT good.

Also would I be running to rich with 450cc injectors@ 7psi with the GReddy kit, FMU, intank fuel pump, missing link, and FPR?
Mine fit right in, I didn't bore out the lower seals or anything, I just put them into the rail and bolted the rail down tight and they popped tight into the manifold with a little help. I got my resistor box for $1(yah, a dollar) off eBay, and the injector clips for $10 from dsmtrader.com. Install was straightforward - yanked out my FMU, Missing Link, and inline pump; soldered all the connections; swapped the injectors; and set the fuel pressure and AFC settings. Fuel pressure is ~24/34 vac/atmospheric, and fuel trim on the AFC is set at -40% across the board. With an unlimited MAP, this setup is good up to about 8-9lbs of boost. If you go over that, you'll need some way to limit your MAP signal as to not throw a code. If you're going to run this setup, you won't need an FMU, since they're only needed when running smaller injectors(like stock). You also won't need the Missing Link unless you plan on boosting more than 8-9lbs. Yes, you need an AFC or standalone ECM in order to control injector pulse. One of the benefits of running an unlimited MAP is that you can use the pressure display on the AFC as a secondary boost gauge

If you need your injectors cleaned and flow-tested, this place has some excellent prices:
http://www.cruzinperformance.com/fuelinj.html

Flow Test Only, no disassembly or cleaning...............$5.50 per injector.
Complete Flow Test and Cleaning.............................$11.00 per injector.
Making up exact matched sets (when available)...add $5.50 per exchanged injector

I ended up getting RC 310cc injectors instead. Right now my plans are Walbro 255 intank fp, 310cc injectors, S-AFC, missing link, running 7psi with the GReddy kit w/ stock internals. Thanks for the info.
