Default Sticky Windows

I typed it in the search and nothing came up so i guess noone posted anything about this. When the window goes down on both sides it sticks hard. I want to know how to fix this, thanks

could be the regulators need oiling, you gotta open up the door panels

i just sprayed silicon lubricant in the tracks a couple days ago.. no stick now
