basically they are plates for things such as wildlife conservation and D.A.R.E, when you get the plate it donates money to the cause. pennsylvania seems to have the most variations that i have seen.

yea, the ironic thing is, 99% of the dare plates are on modified cars, and 90% of the cars owners actually do drugs (not implying anything here, and im actually thinking of buying one b/c it would match my car well)

i have the DARE plates because my mom used to be a cop, my step dad is a cop, and my uncle is a cop

i plan on entering the criminal justice field and becoming part of the FBI

and yes, i've seen many people deal drugs/do drugs who have DARE plates

just about my whole family has a DARE plate on their car

and no thats not red tire dressing lol, the lip on the wheels are red
