Got my 17 inch rims on now what kinda Drop?
I HAD Koni yellows w/ Neuspeed race spings on my '93.
Now I have full coils and am sitting a hair above the local limit(56mm/@21.5 in. from the middle of the headlight)
It is only @1/2 inch diff. which is (i am told) close to the Neuspeed sport spings.

I have Eibach Pro-Kit springs and TOKICO Illumina struts. According to Eibach, my car is lowered 1.5 inches in the front and 1.3 inches in the rear. The drop is uneven, but that is a common problem with Civics. On my car, the driver side is lower than the passenger side, and the rear is lower than the front. I also rub sometimes, but that is because my wheels have a +37 mm offset. What is the width and the offset of your wheels, narib_16?
my offset is 40 i believe with a with of 7 inch tires. Anyone know where i can get sportlines cheap? The drop on that civic with sportlines is very nice. Also is aftermarket shock very necessary with sportlines im kinda broke hehe and i usually put all the money i get into my car , so i wanna get the most out of it. Do you think it will last a year? I dont know if this makes a difference or not but its mainly driven on a flat road with just me in the car and the car has only 40,000 on it Thanks
I just installed some Sportlines on my '97 Civic, and I'm pretty happy with them. At this point, they're on stock struts, but the ride is still really good. I rub only on really hard turns with a passenger, and it isn't that bad. I'm running 17s with 205/40/17 tires, and the springs pretty much eliminated the fender gap (there's maybe 1/2 inch or so). I'd actually like to go a bit lower, but it looks pretty good. I'll get pics when I get a chance...
pic of sportlines w/ tokico blues on my civic in the sig below.. couldn't recommend it.. sportlies are pricey and blues aren't that great, but i got a hookup on both so that's why i got em. i'd recommend H&R sport and kyb AGX
Will H&R Sports give me a similar drop to sportlines? Because i believe they are about 50 dollars cheaper and i have heard that they are just as good. How is the ride quality compared to sportlines?
