b16b's are a waste of money

as for 25lbs of boost on a honda, get ready to replace the motor in a few thousand miles

good call

i could see if it was a TECH question and he searched first (which is after all what we tell people to do) and then after reading it still had a question.. THAT would be reasonable.. but this is just silly...

Okay, let me get this straight. You've got what, $3K, $4K into your engine and you're bragging about spanking SIs? Wow. :jerkit:

You can make b18c5 type whp and almost b18c1 type torque with mostlly all honda parts.

For instance, the z6-

p29 pistons (or pm7, same difference)
port the head properly (w/ 3 angle)
y8 intake mani (portmatched to head)
ITR TB (portmatched to intake mani)
Crower 2 or 3 cam (of course, springs and Ti retainers)
shot-peened a6/z6/y7/y8 rods
micropolished crank
stock injectors (balanced 240cc)
Holley 255 fuel pump
hondata s100 on the stock p28 ecu (should cost under 400 bux including dyno time; however, a cheaper route would be a good chip with sorta conservative timing maps)
balance the entire thing

If you can, add an 4.7 SRR final drive and you will be really flying.

That is it.

People for years have been running mid 13's with similar setups in full interior hatches.

Man if I could find a place to get reasonably price machine work, I would be all over this with one of my spare motors....
