anybody with an 99-00 si or a car with a b16 have any experience with these i plan to order them next mont just want some info on what i can expect. thanks

 

They are very nice and worth the money. The skunks are a great moderate cam. They're nicer than the itr/ctr cams especially the exhaust cam. Compared to the itr/ctr cam they make similar power until about 5500rpm where they will make better power.

 

I have them...I'm installing them this week finally (had them since december..lol).

What to expect? A little better midrange and a lot better up top. Make sure you get a decent header and exhaust setup. I'm using the JDM ITR 4-1, 2.5" carsound, 2.3" B-pipe and a spoon N1 rear section. Depends how you tune it and what you want out of it. Where do you want the power to be? Do you want midrange at sacrifice of high end or visa versa? ....etc.

I'm tuning with a VAFC and a chipped P28. All going in my b16a2 equipped 96 EX.

 

well i havent got a header yet, i have a tanabe srm exhaust. im getting a header after i get the cams probably a 4-1

yes it is

import-tooner has them in his semi-built b16 (the stage 1's). It's an awesome cam, although he needs to get a chipped p28 as well. I don't know much else about them though.

 

how much of a difference over the stock cams should i expect to feel ?

 

You'll definantely notice, high RPM's are insane with them. Do you have any other motor mods?

 

no not yet ill get a header right after i get them and im going to get a fpr and sometime eventually anew intake manifold. and a little bit further into the future a spoon stroker kit.
