I've seen the old AEM big rotor upgrades. They dont look too bad with the stock GSR calipers. Im not sure if they sell them anymore, but one of my friends has it on his GSR with 16 inch CP035's. It looks sweet and barely clears.

Fastbrakes has kits that will work with 15" wheels. In fact, I remember back when he said that he didn't think he could compete with all the inexpensive kits that required 17" wheels so he decided to concentrate on the racers who wanted to keep their 15"/OEM wheels.
