yeah mine does it aswell...even if you dont go into boost, it will have a little blow off.

hmm on my manual car..it doesnt release unlesss you rev up pretty high... in neutral.... maybe both of you guys booting in auto tranny?

as far as the auto tranny, no problems yet! i've hit 8 psi and no problems with the tranny slipping or anything... one thing i do is let off the gas for the tranny to change gears, that way its not under serious load during the change
