Default rolling thy fenders

Anyone have a site on how to roll fenders properly? I never ran into this problem before... but I seem to have no choice right now. I got the baseball bat if that matters :chuckles: Thanks.

Just do it really lightly all around and check it. If it still rubs, do it lightly again and check it again. Keep doing this until you have sufficient clearence. Don't try to do it too fast otherwise you'll end up ruining it.

Oh, and I don't think you should "roll" it, just press it out a little all around the top part of each fender. Don't apply too much pressure to just one spot -- spread it out. I'd also jack the car up a little just so you have more room.

Ha, Ha...with my luck, I'd slip and fall on the baseball bat and end up with a wide body car with downsyndrome .

*no offense to those with downsyndrome.

Default How I rolled my fenders..

I notched my fender lip every inch with sheet metal cutters then folded them over with the rubber handle on a hammer. Make sure that you sand, prime and paint the inside lip of the fender so they dont rust. And It's easier to do the front with the fenders off the car.
