of putting 4th gen springs on a 5th gen hatch to lower it?

nope, never heard of it. teg springs are usable though. i have springs on now that i bought from a guy with an integra.

to lower?? is that perhaps 4th gens weigh less so the springs are designed for less?? if so then it wouldnt be very safe to do so, that is if it is bolt-up

I think the suspensions are different.
Get integra suspension. Spring rates are higher.

i wouldnt do it, trust me i have both, and the 4th gen springs (eibachs) are alot shorter than my 5ht gen springs (nuespeeds)

well i have 6th gen eibachs on my 5th gen and they work fine got almost a 2inch drop

Springs are all interchangeable between 92-00 civics and 94-01 integras. 88-91 springs do "work" in those cars, but the spring is so short that it is just like you chopping your stock springs. I wouldn't do it.

There's no such thing as del Sol springs. Especially if Aerospeed makes it. Usually they make it for the Integra and put Civic and del sol on the box. If they're a good company, they'll make one specificaly for the Civic, but never the del Sol.
