Default Help!

This rattling coming from my rear is really getting annoying. It only seems to happen when I am traveling at slower speeds and its not constant. Sometimes it makes more of a clunking sound and a vibration. Really weird? Any ideas? I just got new struts installed thinking that was the prob, but I was wrong.

Why is it that 90% of the topics you post have the word "help" in them? :chuckles:

More info, inside the car? Outside the car? upper section, lower section?

when you're in reverse?

Are you sure that's not a heat shield rattling? :dunno:

Make sure your spare tire and jack are tied down some how, also did you check all of your exaust hangers or exaust itself to make sure it's not hitting somewhere?

Like WCS said, we need a bit more info.

:fawk: Cause nobody helps me

It sounds more like something is loose in the trunk. Rattling around, yet my trunk is completely empty. Happens more in corners going slow. over small bumps, large bumps I'm fine... it's weird. And sometimes i almost like metal grinding on metal.

Is your spare tightened down all the way? Is your OEM jack tight?

When was the last time you checked your rear brakes? Maybe when you go around the corner, there is enough flex to cause the brakes to drag a little. Just a thought...

My trunk is COMPLETELY empty. No tire, jack, carpet, etc. I'll take a look at the brakes. Bushings maybe :dunno:
