if he does it right (i.e. cut out the sheetmetal and weld in new), definitely have him fix the rust. I've got rust in the same spot--

I would keep everything stock color too. Just because its really expensive to get a full paintjob--underhood, inside the car, etc, and it always looks really stupid when somebody's engine bay is a different color than the rest of the car.
As far as the swap. I think Hmotors full changeover is indeed a full changeover. I think it comes with all the mounts/wiring you'll need. You shouldn't have any problems with a 92.:thumbup:
