sorry, in the tein website, it said to be -54mm front and -48mm rear for the road clearance ride height, does that mean the same thing?

thx

uhm, in the tein instruction manual they say you should be at 305mm (~12.2") reference from the center of the wheel to the fender for th front and back.

they also say that from the begining of the threading to the lower srping seat should be 30mm ~ 1 3/16ths"

with these setting you will have 90mm of road clearance ~ 3 1/2"

im going to go measure my car and let you know what height my ss setup is at

i would suggest either even all around, or a bit lower in the front. so when you launch on a FF, as the front raise upwards... car will still be even and better grip. but that's just my opinion. i have set my front a bit lower than the back. springs stiffer in front because engine is heavier. on my sustec pro ss... it was 6kg spring in front and 4kg in the rear... which would be fine if i had a hatchback... but now i have both 6kg front and 6kg rear springs. the 4kg springs in the rear was too weak for the coupe. best rate to use on these JDM suspensions would be 8kg front and 6kg rear.

if you have stock side skirts... then measure from ground to side skirts. but for better measurements... i count the thread marks on the suspension itself, since the ground may not always be even on all sides.

on my EX, i have 2.15" drop all around... alignment and camber still holding fine after 3 months.

they recommend higher in front because to prevent people whom doesn't know how to drive from scraping. but it's just a recommendation... but if you know how to drive, then i think it's fine. just avoid going to fast on bumpy roads.

did you guys use any camber kit, i didn't use any and its off by -0.4 degree front and rear, it went over the max and min camber settings for the front and rear.

what did you guys set the damper rate to be between 1-16?

thx
