uhm, in the tein instruction manual they say you should be at 305mm (~12.2") reference from the center of the wheel to the fender for th front and back.

they also say that from the begining of the threading to the lower srping seat should be 30mm ~ 1 3/16ths"

with these setting you will have 90mm of road clearance ~ 3 1/2"
