It could be a bad tire, if you have a bad cord, you can balance them all you want and it will still vibrate.

Heres a little test to see if it's CV joints. This is what the guy at the Honda dealer told me. If you feel the vibrations on the highway, it should only happen under load(ie acceleration). You can also try turning in circles at low speeds in a parking lot. Put one foot on the brake while turning in circles in an open parking lot. Just use the brake to slow the car, not stop it. Now try the other direction. If you feel clicking, or hear it, it's bad CV joints. If you have a tear in your boot, get it replaced ASAP.

I agree.

If you have hub rings then it is a high speed balance problem(my porsche did the same thing) and get them re-balanced.I have seen my friend shift the tire on the rim 3 times to get the right balance(each tire has a diff. balance, so some are really hard to get the right weights).

ill try getting them rebalanced because i can get it free. but i dont think it would be the rings because it did it with my old rims, which had them, my stock wheels, and these wheels. i really dont think it will be the rims or tires whatsoever because it has been doing this since i bought the car. Is there anything with the actually steering that it could be?

Duh, if your tires are that worn then that's the problem. Ther are so many things it could be, bent tie rod, broken bead, uneven tires, bad ball joints, bad shocks, etc. but it's not the axles.

could be a bad belt in one of your front tires. i had that problem at high speeds. i moved the front tires to the rear and that fixed the problem.
