A'PEXi WORLD SPORT CAT. BACK EXHAUST for 96-00 HONDA CIVIC DX 2 DOOR (100mm Tip/60mm Piping) - $370

where did you find tat deal?? post up the link yo!

Any input on price, quality, or how much impact it makes on HP, Torque, and Sound would be great...

I'm not a big spender...this is the best I could find.

WS, as far as I've gathered, is a pretty nice quality system. The sound should be pretty subdued... quiet for normal driving, deep at WOT, but not rattley or buzzy. Thats probably what I'm getting in a month or two to replace my dryer-ducting muffler :exnbp: My only concern is the big tip. I'll prolly hack off the tip and have the shop weld on a 2.5" slant cut SS pipe.

In terms of power... Its probably better than dryer ducting...h:

BTW... look at RPM on the sponsors corner, they had a groupbuy a while ago, and quoted me $372 shipped. If you all hold off for a month or two, I'd be down for a groupbuy...

I was under the impression that greddy has pretty much the quietest exhaust out of most of the aftermarket...?

I was a bit surprised when I got the exhaust... I didn't expect the tip to be THAT big. The tip is actually bigger than my Fireball. To give you an estimate of how big it is, I don't have the exact measurements, but I could fit a motor piston in it (I had one lying around). It's not too big though, like the one's where you could fit a CD in.

The Greddy SP is by far one of the best sounding exhaust systems I've heard. My friend has it on his Legend. Very nice at idle, and VERY nice deep tone when you're on it. The only thing I don't like is the way the tip expands from the muffler (like a cone) and it's HUGE. But other than that, it's NICE.

I know hwat you mean about the tip.. it looks almost like someone is trying to fake the size of it.. just kinda looks stupid..

so you say that it does sound really nice.. and not too loud.. I dont like the super huge sound where even at like 3 grand your waking up the whole block.. and do they have a silenced and open setting?

Any tip with a larger diameter than the piping is faking the size of it, IMO
