How much would you pay for a:

92 Cx Hatch 5spd Red
Over 145+thousand miles
Stock engine
Interior is pretty nice
Exterior has been repainted red
Has a few flaws like missing rain gutters on roof, a few very small dents on roof and very small dings here and there.
I think it might have been in a small fender bender in the front but was repaired great. Thats all I can think.

Any ideas in price? Should I buy it or hold off? Its a friends car but I've been wanting a hatch and this is easily accessible....he was thinking $3500-4300 price range (I think thats too high) ????
