Im not havin a whole lotta luck with my civic either. Tryin to get all these scratches, dents, and chips out, then paint it. HARD process.

DAMN.. and i thought mine was bad. Only my hood has lots of chips in it. Just other parts of the car have some scratches and dents. Im real clueless as to how to get these out... got a summed up version of how it goes? like the sanding, primer. paint?

not really, but if you have rock chips you want to get rid of, and are gonna paint the hood, use aircraft stripper to get it to bare metal. scratches, on most you can sand out. dents, you are gonna have to fill with bondo. if you are painting the whole car, you don't need to primer the whole thing, just areas you did bodywork. Then comes primer, then tons of wetsanding, then paint. kinda a pain in the ass process. I am gonna go through the PITA paint/wetsand process soon
