Ummm, i hate to correct people, but they did make JDM Coupes in Japan for 2 years. RHD, with all of the same JDM goodies as the Hatch, but in a coupe version. They were called the EJ1. Made from 92-95

The JDM coupes came from the UK. They only came in one trim with the D16 motor. No base model nor SiR trim. They all came with the "coupe" badge also.



Here is a scan of the RHD Japan Coupe along with the 1.6 Integra. ...yes..1.6 base model

oooh, nice dood. sohc zc. my buddy has one of them in his 4th gen hatch.. i like that black d16z6 with the vtec stamped on it. all the ones here are silver that ive seen.

so technicaly, there wasnt a jdm coupe, just a uk? that integra must be slow as shit

Technically there was and were driven in Japan. Just not made in Japan. The coupe was sold in Japan which makes it part of the Japanese Domestic Market.
