Brake Upgrade

I want to put GS-R brakes on my hatch. Convert the rear to disc from the ****ty drums. What do I need and where can I get it?

IM "inspyral", he did a teg conversion on his car with the lower drop arms from a jyard. His name is Chris, he used to be a mod here, but foo got bored of our jawin. real nice guy and knows his **** hard core.
