anyone know the skunk2 "coilover" spring rates for a 2000 civic?

Where did you get that information from? I have the coilovers and they ride nice compared to my Eibach 450/550 ... besides, if those were really the rates, then why is everyone getting custom Ground Controls?

If you look at the numbers printed on the spring, you've got all the info right there. One number is for the diameter (probably 2.5"), one number is for the spring height (probably 7"), and the other number is for the rates (in kg/mm) which translate to roughly 450/550.
