Default civic fp factory performance package

Ok, I'm confused. I thought the Civic FP was an EX coupe, which means 127(?) hp engine. Now I read at roadandtrack.com that the Civic FP has a 160 hp (Si) engine. I'm guessing those monkeys made a mistake since they did not even give any sort of performance stats. The Civic FP also seems to not even exist on Honda's websites. So how many horses does the actual car have? 127 or 160?

civic FP? Is this for the 7th gen? If it is i'd think it's just an EX with a factory bodykit, wheels and maybe a few boltons. I wouldn't buy a factory car with performance mods, they are SOOO expensive. Otherwise you might be talking about a canadian model i don't know about?

Oh no, it's a current generation model. Saw a few ads for it back in 2001. The ad showed an EX coupe as "hot" and an FP coupe as "hotter". Since then, it seems to have disappeared, at least on the net. It has a body kit, larger rims and sporty suspension. All I want to know is if it has the Si engine or not. Probably not.

Here's the article:
