where are the other 4 screws? and how do i get to them?

do you mean the head unit piece right in front of the shifter? if so, you have to remove the whole console to do it(the one between the seats) I was assuming this since you already have an aftermarket stereo. if not, be more specific and i'll clue you in. i know the 96 EX's like the back of my hand when it comes to stereos. lol

i'm need to take out the piece in the center that has the original location of the stock head unit and also has the ac controls

ok, that's it i give up, i can't figure this shit out, i'll have a shop do it when i get an alarm system, till then i'll just live with it

brand new, changed it at wall-mart about a month ago, that was my first idea
