It wouldn't cost that much. To replace them all would be about $1000 thats including labor. The 3/4 synchro will cost about $250 and labor should be about $300-350.

I rebuilt my tranny myself. It's not hard when you have a Helms book. If you know someone or have a friend at that works at Honda or Acura, they can just order the syncro for just that gear.

mine on my 00 si went the third gear syncro is notoriuos for going bad on alot of b series trannys...i replaced mine myself alot of dealerships make you buy them in the 3rd and 4th set on the main shaft just pull it apart and make sure you only replace what you havta i paid like 150 for the 3rd assembly alone the gear should be okay id look at 5th gears inner sleeve as well while you have the trans open cuz that goes alot too in those cars just see look at the inner ring if the teeth look like they are being grinded to a point replace the sleeve....and DO NOT TAKE IT TO HONDA TO HAVE THEM REPAIR IT! they will charge you 1300 for the service alone dealerships are pricks like that.... just go to a transmission shop they are good on costs
