Hood release cable
Hey all,
I had the misfortune of breaking the handle off of my hood release cable today. A new one from Honda is $20, but they want $100 to change it!!!
I think I'll do it myself. Has anyone done this before? How bad of a job is it? Any tips or tricks??
Thanks!

I'd have to wait for it to warm up first too. It's like 20 degrees outside right now. Either way, I just put my Leatherman in the car for when I need to open the hood.

Your not the only one. My friend and I's are broken too.
I'm leaving mine broke. So if a thief trys to steal my car , it'll be difficult for him to open the hood and get to the siren.
