IMO.

A civic with a full body kit and 17's look right. 16's would look too small.

A civic with no kit (lip ok) and 16's:thumbup: . 17's is pushing it.

I used to have a full kit with 17's. Now I took it all off , so now I'm gonna be running 17's with no bodywork just a lip.

Noone was intrested in buying my wheels so I decided to keep it. Plus I think it's pretty to have a set of rare wheels.

agreed...


depending on the agrresiveness of the kit we are talkign about... i mean yeah some kits REQUIRE that kind of wheel.. but once again i think they look silly because they do not flow with the car

Lowered 2" with a +40mm offset would be fine. As long as you're aligned properly, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Just don't get a 215 wide tire.
